I’m Tim de Vallée, Co-Founder and AI Architect at Digital Boutique AI.
I design and build intelligent systems on Anthropic’s Claude that help businesses automate operations, scale without adding headcount, and make sharper decisions from their own data. I’m not a strategist who hands off to a dev team — I architect and build every system from prompt to production, with deep specialization in regulated and operations-heavy industries: legal (plaintiff and personal-injury firms), real estate and property management, and renovation and restoration contracting.
After 30 years founding and running 20+ companies across software, e-commerce, real estate, and services, I know where automation actually pays off and where it just adds complexity. That operator’s lens is what separates a system that ships and earns its keep from a proof-of-concept that dies in a sandbox.
What I Do
- Build production multi-agent systems — tiered teams of Claude agents that handle workflows across sales, marketing, client intake, finance, and logistics.
- Develop automation frameworks with n8n orchestration, Next.js / TypeScript front ends, and a Neon PostgreSQL + Drizzle data layer, deployed on Vercel.
- Ship full client products — client portals, meeting-intelligence software-as-a-service (SaaS), and call-analysis pipelines that turn raw activity into decisions.
- Build deep in the verticals I know — legal intake and case workflows, real estate and property-management operations, and renovation/restoration contracting — alongside e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) automation.

I combine strategy, engineering, and design into systems that save time, cut cost, and raise the ceiling on what a small team can do.
