I’m Kate Bless, Co-Founder and Lead Architect at Digital Boutique AI.
I architect the systems behind our client work — how data, operations, and fulfillment actually connect and run day to day. My background is in ecommerce operations and supply chain: purchasing, logistics, sourcing, and the client-delivery systems that keep complex businesses moving. I bring that operational reality into every build, so the automation we ship is designed around how work really happens, not just how it demos.
I also lead our data-handling and compliance standards for regulated work. In environments governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) — legal, healthcare-adjacent, and anything touching sensitive client data — getting privacy and process exactly right isn’t optional. That discipline is a core reason DBAI can confidently build in regulated industries other agencies avoid.

A system that demos well but breaks under real operational load is worthless. I design for how a business actually runs — the edge cases, the volume, the compliance weight — so what we ship is accurate, durable, and trustworthy with a client’s most sensitive data and most critical workflows.
