Exora's existing infrastructure was slow, manually operated, and impossible to scale. With a SanMar catalog of 28,000+ products and a growing B2B client base, the gaps were costing revenue every day.
Site load times were degrading customer experience and conversion across all devices and traffic levels.

Digital Boutique AI rebuilt Exora's platform from the ground up — with Claude (Anthropic) powering not just the customer experience, but the entire development process, automation infrastructure, and internal operations.
CLAUDE AS THE DEVELOPMENT ENGINE
Every automation workflow, API integration, and n8n pipeline in this project was built using Claude as the primary development intelligence. Rather than traditional development cycles, we used Claude to architect, write, and iterate on the entire system — compressing timelines dramatically while maintaining production-grade quality throughout.
Claude designed and generated the SanMar SFTP automation pipeline, all API integrations connecting WooCommerce and SanMar, custom webhook logic for lead capture and notifications, and the full chat widget codebase for both customer-facing and internal deployments.

WOOCOMMERCE PLATFORM REBUILD
We migrated Exora from a bloated legacy UNCODE build to a performance-optimized XStore implementation — dramatically improving load times, mobile experience, and product discoverability. The new architecture was designed from the outset to handle catalog-level scale.
SANMAR CATALOG AUTOMATION
We built a fully automated pipeline using n8n to connect directly to SanMar's SFTP feed — ingesting, normalizing, and syncing 28,000+ products across 8 brands into Exora's WooCommerce catalog. The entire pipeline was architected and developed with Claude.
