Business Operations & Client Success
Location: San Marcos, CA (Remote optional)
We’re hiring a Business Operations and Client Success specialist to help manage client relationships, project workflows, and internal operations.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Track progress in tools like Monday.com, Airtable, and Slack
- Translate client needs into clear tasks for the engineering team
- Support onboarding, training, and documentation for clients
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project management or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with workflow tools (Monday.com, Notion, Airtable)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment
